Christmas Macarons from Bonheur Patisserie

Hi everyone! I am back and still adjusting to the humid albeit extremely wet weather in Singapore. Also, I am currently sorting out my photographs of Finland, but I promise they will be up next week. Until then, it is back to a post on food (my favourite subject).

If you are a regular visitor to my blog, Bonheur Patisserie will not be unfamiliar to you! Their character macarons are a favourite of mine and I have been regularly seeking them out during the weekends for new characters. The thing about macarons from Bonheur Patisserie is that they are not only good to look at but equally delicious to eat.

When I made a trip down this weekend, instead of having their usual character macarons on display, there were replaced with Christmas macarons, going for $36 for eight pieces (U.P. $40 for eight pieces; $5 a piece).

They are way pricier than the usual macarons, which some already find a costly price to pay for a dessert so small. However, you can expect each macaron to be beautifully crafted, down to the most minute detail! Also, the flavours are true to taste.

I think these macarons would be a perfect gift for a friend or relative if you are still searching for one. It will be something out of the ordinary and definitely memorable. The macarons are placed in a presentable brown paper box and all you need to do is just to put a bow on top!
